Expand the capabilities of your xTool O1 Omni Printer with the xTool RF1 Roll Feeder. This practical roll-feeding system allows you to work with roll media and transforms your O1 Omni into a more efficient solution for longer production runs, batch production and roll-to-roll applications.

Combined with the O1 Omni Printer, the RF1 can handle longer UV DTF rolls, vinyl, canvas and other compatible roll media. For UV DTF crystal decals, the RF1 supports rolls up to approximately 15 metres. For canvas, vinyl and selected other roll media, the actual printable length can reach approximately 11.8 metres.

The RF1 is ideal for businesses that regularly produce larger quantities of stickers, decals, labels, signage or other long-format prints and want to reduce manual material handling.

Print on roll media

With the xTool RF1 Roll Feeder, you are no longer limited to working with individual sheets. The RF1 automatically feeds material from a roll through the O1 Omni Printer, making longer and repeated production runs more efficient.

The supported media width is 100–310 mm, making the RF1 suitable for a wide range of applications and formats.

The RF1 is particularly useful when producing multiple copies of the same design or running different designs consecutively.

In xTool software, you can set the desired quantity and spacing between designs. The software can then automatically handle the layout, cut lines and final cutting process.

According to xTool, the RF1 is specifically designed to expand the O1 into long-run and batch printing workflows.

Up to 15 metres of UV DTF printing

For UV DTF crystal decals, the xTool RF1 supports print rolls of up to approximately 15 metres. This allows multiple designs to be produced consecutively on a single roll, making the RF1 particularly useful for larger orders and production runs.

For other roll media such as canvas and vinyl, the RF1 supports actual printable lengths of up to approximately 11.8 metres, depending on the material and application.

Combine with the xTool LM1 for a complete UV DTF workflow

The RF1 can be combined with the xTool LM1 Laminator to create an efficient roll-to-finish workflow.

The RF1 feeds the roll media, the O1 Omni handles the printing process, and the LM1 can then be used to laminate and finish UV DTF transfers.

Together, the RF1 and LM1 enable a more automated workflow for repeated designs and automatic cutting. This reduces manual material handling and makes larger production volumes more efficient.
